I’ve used Fullstory now at both Monarch and BNY as our main product analytics platform. Basically it helps us measure how people interact with our UI. It’s been a great product and I’m still amazed at the tech behind how they capture every DOM interaction to do session replay. What a simple and genius idea.
We use it for everything from tracking post launch adoption, setting performance KPI’s or when planning our roadmap for how we can make the product better. Even our customer success team uses it to help troubleshoot support cases for users. Anyways, I got to spend time talking about it with the Fullstory team.
