Back to 60 grit but moving faster

Started in on the 2nd one. Moved to 100 grit since it’s taking forever.

Doing 220 in the nooks and some light 400

220 almost done on the right lower fork

Bought this from a company called “All Balls” which is ironic since it has no balls in it. I destroyed the old part since it had a million tiny balls in the bearing.

Starting to look like a motorcycle again.

Frame is back and powder coated

New brake light.

This has been the most physically exhausting thing to remove thus far. I hate you swing arm bushing so much.

Cleaned up the space and made a little box for the engine.

All ready for powder coating, finally.

First mockup in a long time. Tank and seat are back.

Repainted the tank to get just the right shade of military green.

Mostly stripped – just nooks and crannies left to brush
